Which mattress should I choose?
Start with how you sleep. Side sleepers usually prefer medium-soft, back sleepers medium to medium-firm, and stomach sleepers firm. The sleep quiz matches you in four questions.
How long does delivery take?
Standard sizes ship in 1–3 days; delivery in Jaipur usually takes 1–2 days and 4–9 days elsewhere in India. Custom sizes take 5–7 extra days. Delivery is free above ₹1,999.
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, any Sovlune mattress can be made to measure. Use the custom size tool to see the exact price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking, wallets and card EMI through Razorpay.
Can I return a mattress?
Unused standard-size mattresses in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom sizes cannot be returned. See the return policy.
How do I claim the warranty?
Register your mattress and raise any claim on the warranty page. Keep your invoice.
Do you offer EMI?
Yes. Card EMI is available at checkout on orders above ₹3,000. The interest rate is set by your bank.
Is the price inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices are MRP and include GST.
Where are Sovlune mattresses made?
In Jaipur, India. You can try every collection at our experience centre.
