Returns

Standard-size mattresses, pillows and protectors can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, clean and in their original packaging. Custom-size products cannot be returned.

How to return

Write to vismoraa@gmail.com with your order number. We arrange the pickup; a pickup charge may apply.

Refunds

Once the product passes inspection, we refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Custom-size orders can be cancelled only before production starts.
