Warranty terms

Coverage

Sovlune mattresses carry a warranty of 3 to 15 years, depending on the model, against manufacturing defects. The warranty period starts on the delivery date.

Covered

• Body impressions deeper than normal use
• Broken or protruding springs
• Foam that crumbles, splits or loses shape abnormally
• Stitching failures under normal use

Not covered

• Stains, burns, cuts, liquid or pest damage
• Damage from an unsuitable base
• Normal softening of foam and changes in comfort preference

Claims

Raise a claim on the warranty page with your invoice and photos. We inspect the mattress and repair or replace it at our discretion.
